After impressively dodging the awkward stage that anyone who’s ever grown out a boyish crop knows all too well, Anne Hathaway is working the possibilities of a chin-length bob. Photographed in New York yesterday, the Song One actress paired head-to-toe denim with casually mussed up waves, rosebud lips, and a healthy, in-from-the-cold flush. Later in the evening, Hathaway turned up the elegance for an appearance on the Late Show with the help of smoky lids and some well-defined curls. And while we’re all for embracing the laissez-faire beauty of incidental winter frizz, isn’t it nice to know that a few twists of a curling iron and a blast of shine spray are all it takes for a look this polished?
