With fashion month in the rearview, you may be left with months to wait for the season’s best decorative tights, statement puffers, and monogrammed bags—but as for its most directional hair and makeup looks, you can start wearing them right now. Take as proof the international display of street style beauty—captured by photographer Phil Oh—which featured a return to expressive makeup, with pops of lip color and bold eyeliner and shadows accompanying the glowing skin that has defined the nearly natural aesthetic of the past few years.
Aside from the onyx pouts and modern, tightly woven strands (cornrows, French braids, and knotted buns alike), hair was either slicked back to glamorous effect or fluffed up in an effort to further amplify natural curls and texture.
