The Lena Dunham Guide to Meditation

Hello, and welcome to Lena Dunham’s meditation practice. Please, remove your shoes. Lena is here to take you through a short relaxation exercise designed to alleviate stress, reduce tension, and make everything else disappear for a few sweet, blissful moments. During this video, you’ll press reset from head to toe, allowing your body and mind to enter a resting state so deep, you may find yourself back in bed. With 13 cheeseburgers. Don’t be alarmed. This is part of the process. Breathe in, breathe out. Then follow Lena through a calming body scan. Along the way you’ll meet your spirit animal, find the answer to some of life’s greatest questions, and possibly see your future children. You may catch your mind wandering to your next meal, to a “difficult” conversation, to your to-do list. But you can always come back to your breath. Because remember: Your mantra is you.
