When Michael Kors sends models down the runway, a few key beauty elements are all but certain: Hair will be leisurely and breezy—with an elegant jet-set twist, of course—and makeup will revolve around a tawny outdoor glow that invokes summer escapes to Harbour Island and après-ski adventures in Aspen.
It was no surprise, then, that front row guest Poppy Delevingne chose to echo the designer’s aesthetic with a half-topknot just mussed enough to feel spontaneous, as well as a set of disco-grade faux lashes that suggested the kind of girl who wouldn’t be caught dead without mascara. Rosy lip gloss added a youthful note, but the standout element of the It-Brit’s look was the light coral-flushed tan she sported in lieu of her trademark aristocratic pallor. Because when the king of all-American glamour offers you a prime spot at his show, skipping bronzer is a sin.
