After protesting outside Trump Tower on election night in an instantly iconic display of resilience, Lady Gaga brought her “love trumps hate” message to the New York City streets again last night, this time around paying tribute to Hillary Clinton with an additional visual cue.
Dressed in an all-American pairing of denim and a T-shirt, her hair was groomed into a low bun that left out a few strategic face-framing strands in a salute to Clinton’s power coif. Her makeup was just as simple: After all, anyone who spent the day shedding tears in the office understands the instant armor of sunglasses and a dab of lipstick.
