With a culture that so highly values dining, drinking, the sun, and glamour, it’s little wonder the country is fully stocked with havens of skincare, herbal supplements, and good honest advice—and the names of their must-have creams, shampoos, and soaks are carefully traded between its inhabitants. Service may occasionally be brusque, but once you’ve wrestled with the freddezza, a neighborhood outpost may well prove to be an intrinsic part of your Italian dolce vita. We asked five of our favorite residents what to stock up on while in Milan.
