While beginning our back-to-school shopping, it occurred to us there are just as many ways to wear a sweater as there are sweaters to be worn. But for fashion icons like Charlotte Rampling and Ali MacGraw, making a basic woolen knit their own had just as much to do with how they styled themselves above the neck.
