When it comes to couples’ coordination, lovebirds would do well to look to Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik. Hadid took a break from the runway to cheer on BFF Kendall Jenner in her first Paris Fashion Week appearance, posing gamely alongside a newly stubbled Malik and embracing the photo-ready benefits of a complementary above-the-neck aesthetic.
The two turned heads in his-and-hers blown-back looks, manes combed and coifed in twinning voluminous bouffants, Hadid’s dreamed up by hairstylist Jen Atkin, a palette of peach-toned neutrals dusted over lids and cheekbones finishing the warm, autumnal look. For his part, Malik’s sky-reaching style brought to mind a modern day Danny Zuko à la Grease, which served as the ultimate backdrop for his usual pout and power brows. Clearly, a new adage goes for power duos: The couple who primps together, stays together.
