Heidi Klum is the reigning queen of Halloween, and of the extreme beauty transformation in particular. Last year, she emerged as a hyperrealistic Jessica Rabbit, effectively raising the bar for the holiday. Last night, after some 13 hours of social media teases, the supermodel revealed that she would go, quite simply, as herself—but with five uncanny Klum clones, crafted by her crack team of hair and makeup artists.
So what did it take to join the sextuplet squad? A meticulous set of prosthetics, affixed to the cheeks and around the eye socket to mimic Klum’s chiseled bone structure. Thick, honey blonde extensions, curled and teased out into her signature sun-kissed tousle, joined a heavy layer of false lashes (“More lashes please,” Klum wrote), along with a simple pointed beige manicure and thigh-high nude boots. The final touch? Mile-long legs—a casting prerequisite, yes, but surely prosthetics will get us there yet.
