Now that preparations for next month’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show are in full swing, the sidewalks outside of the lingerie icon’s Manhattan HQ have transformed into a runway of their own, with a steady stream of Angels leaving their fittings with bombshell waves that look as good with a fuzzy knit as a fantasy bra.

Jasmine Tookes was ready for the winter with glossy ringlets spilling over an oversize scarf, while Taylor Hill paired individually crafted waves with a slouchy turtleneck, and Lily Aldridge let the city breeze whip her blowout into wispy shape.

Not that it all came down to hot tongs and pin curls: Gigi Hadid made the case for lived-in ease with her blonde layers falling into air-dried pieces. Elsa Hosk also embraced seasonal static with frothy, finger-raked curls that suggested surf spray also belongs in the fall hair arsenal.
