This Sunday, our clocks will set themselves back, ushering in the end of Daylight Saving Time and its silver lining: an extra hour in the day. While the temptation to indulge in a lazy morning is strong, this newfound time is best spent tackling those to-dos, whether that means making it to the Guggenheim’s Agnes Martin exhibit, finally kicking your Seamless habit and cooking a homemade meal, or, simply, exercising. And with an influx of boutique fitness options available to New Yorkers, from Tracy Anderson’s sprawling Tribeca flagship to an indoor trapeze studio, the decision to work out has never been so easy. Here, a look at five new workout destinations across the city.

New York Pilates
Less than a year after opening its second studio, New York Pilates is expanding yet again, this time to the Bowery. Two large sun-filled rooms ensure that the wait list won’t fill up quite as quickly as usual, and a new “BurnOut” class, exclusive to this location, promises to give you your hardest Pilates workout yet. Stay tuned for partnerships with Live the Process and Outdoor Voices.

Sweat Yoga
This popular L.A. fitness destination opened its Tribeca doors last month. Offering heated vinyasa classes set to music ranging from the Rolling Stones to Bruno Mars, the new studio features reclaimed wood sourced from Sag Harbor and chilled lavender-scented towels.

Tracy Anderson
Situated in Tribeca, Tracy Anderson’s newest branch—a sprawling, tri-level 4,000-plus-square-foot studio—offers her signature dance cardio classes, private training, and a men’s program, available on a membership or per-class basis. Uptown dwellers, take heart: Word on the street is that Anderson will be expanding to 59th Street in early 2017.

Brooklyn Trapeze
Trapeze enthusiasts can now fly year-round, thanks to Trapeze School’s new indoor location in South Williamsburg. In addition to its signature trapeze sessions, here you’ll also find classes in aerial acrobatics involving silk ropes, hoops, and trampolines.
