With much of the country bracing for winter’s first arctic blast, it seems like a chillier new palette is in order. Photographed at the premiere of her latest film in Hollywood last night, Kristen Stewart hit the red carpet in a metallic blue smoky eye illuminated with a glint of platinum pigment on the inner corners. The look still had the polished punk appeal we’ve come to expect from the Still Alice star thanks to a rimming of black liner, while her sideswept boyish crop and bright pink blush blended toward the hairline provided another subtle nod to the eighties. A cooler counterpoint to fall’s warm nudes? Quite literally: yes.
