At a Burberry dinner in Munich yesterday, she amped things up with an extreme dose of mascara on the top and bottom lashes and an extra-thick cat-eyed flick. In a departure from her everyday style, Waterhouse pinned her signature Marianne Faithfull–inspired bangs to one side for the occasion—keeping the focus on her fluttery doll lashes, along with a healthy wash of blush and a hint of flesh-toned gloss, because if there’s anything that offsets a dramatic eye, it’s a pitch-perfect rosy nude lip.
